31 Central Avenue, Newark NJ

To Whom It May Concern,

On behalf of the property’s owner, Cottage Orbit Acquisition LLC (“Owner”), we write to confirm that plans have progressed for the redevelopment of the building at 33 Central Avenue. As anticipated in prior meetings onsite, this letter serves as formal notice that demolition of the building is planned to start no later than December 31, 2018; therefore, entry to the property will be prohibited after that date.

In addition, between now and the end of the year, third party consultants to the Owner will walk the property in preparation for the demolition, and we expect that they will provide notice to tenants regarding any required interior access.

To address any questions you might have, we will hold a tenant meeting on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 5pm to 6pm in the building.
